Originally released as [mpr052] in 2010 by Misspelled Records, who, unfortunately (yet strangely appropriatately), misspelt the band name on both their archive.org version of the release of 2010, and the subsequent bandcamp.com re-release, as "Gnaugm". This, of course, means that anyone searching for the album will never find it - so it has been finally re-re-released six years later as something that will appear correctly on search engines. Yay!

This album was Gnaumgn coming back to earth after the heady intensity of their first two megadistorted offerings, only to ricochet even further outwards on all the releases yet to come. At this stage, the band was still primarily a "drums and guitar" duo, and had not yet incorporated the Kaoss pad glitchery, the home-made synthesisers, the field recordings, the telesonic chronoplasty, or sluggish electronic meanderings that make up so much Gnaumgn in 2016. So, yes, a document of the times that were.
